Travel assistance

Accessible travel is important to us. Find out here about the assistance available when you are travelling with us.

General Information

Passengers with limitations are authorised to take an accompanying person and/or a guide dog with them for free. The passenger with the limitation or the accompanying person must be in possession of a ticket and be able to produce the relevant ID.

Our staff will be happy to help you or give you the necessary timetable information.
If you have any questions please contact us on 041 515 58 58.

Boat

Cruises offered by Zugersee Schifffahrt are disability-friendly and wheelchair accessible, and have a wheelchair-accessible WC.

MS Zug also has a wheelchair lift. This means that wheelchair users can also enjoy the lake view from the upper deck .

Nothing stands in the way of a family excursion with a pushchair or pram on Zugersee Schifffahrt and Ägerisee Schifffahrt scheduled cruises.
