You can order Member Passes easily and personally by phone or e-mail.

Validity

The Member Passes Pro and Premium are valid for a period of one year. The cruises included in the pass can only be used on all cruises on Lake Zug during the course season from 12 April to 1 November 2026.

The purchase of a Member Pass is possible all year round and can also be attractive during the current course season, as seasonal special offers are available both during and outside the course season.

Once the respective validity period has expired, the Member Pass is automatically extended for a further year unless it is cancelled in writing at least one month before the expiry date.

Transferability

All three Member Passes are personal and non-transferable. The name of the holder is printed on the Member Pass and can be verified by means of an ID check when the pass is used.

If a Member Pass Premium is purchased by a company or institution, the pass is issued in the company name and can be used by employees of the company or institution in question.
